WeWork at Europejski
WeWork – the space, community, and services provider with over 268,000 global members – will open its latest location at Warsaw’s Europejski scheme. Europejski, formerly known as the Europejski Hotel, is a mixed-use building offering Class A+ office and retail space. It is also home to Raffles Europejski Warsaw, Poland’s finest hotel.
In this inspiring space, entrepreneurs and enterprises will be able to develop their companies, ideas and products, and enjoy a spectacular view of Warsaw’s most beautiful parts: a skyline of the contemporary city from the perspective of Piłsudskiego Square, the Royal Route and the Old Town. WeWork has over 280 locations across 77 cities around the world; and in Warsaw, Europejski is the fourth location to be announced.
Mikhail Konoplev, General Manager, WeWork Central Europe commented: “We’re incredibly excited to have signed a building like Europejski. Its historical elements and surrounding neighbourhoods make this a perfect location for our members. Forty-five percent of WeWork member companies say that WeWork helped accelerate their growth, and expanding our portfolio in Warsaw not only proves our dedication to the city, but also provides opportunities for both new and existing members who can use the space to network and collaborate within the WeWork community.
Companies – both small and large – use our global membership to help their business needs when travelling, and we know that this location will be incredibly beneficial for them, as it is in such a prominent area of the city in terms of other businesses and opportunities, and nearby local shops and restaurants.”
Richard Aboo, International Partner, and Mikołaj Niemczycki, Coworking Clients Manager, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “It is our great pleasure to have yet again advised WeWork in choosing office space in Warsaw. Europejski was one of WeWork’s short-listed locations and we are happy that the project guidelines were fully met. Benefiting from its historic heritage and unique location, Europejski in Warsaw will certainly meet expectations of members of WeWork’s global community and provide them with many unrivalled experiences.”
Europejski Offices boasts a modern first-class architectural design and fit- out standard. The building offers tenants multiple amenities such as restaurants, cafés or dedicated parking spaces (80 in an underground car park and 120 around the building). It is a unique building on the modern office market in that it features openable windows and some offices with private terraces. Europejski also offers three fully-equipped state-of-the-art conference rooms.
“We are ideal partners. WeWork is one of the world’s leading co-working hubs and Europejski has a rich history of being home to creative artists such as Stanisław Witkiewicz, Leon Wyczółkowski and Józef Chełmoński, who had their ateliers here for many years,” says Katarzyna Lemańska, Leasing and Marketing Director, Europejski.
In addition to WeWork, Europejski’s other tenants include VOGUE Polska, which has its editorial office here, and Alior Bank with its flagship private banking branch. This inspiring space will certainly support development of new ideas, concepts and products.
