Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services firm, represented HB Reavis in the hotel operator selection and negotiation of the lease agreement with the NYX hotel in the iconic Varso complex in Warsaw. The official opening of the Varso is planned for 2020.
“It was a pleasure to have worked on this iconic project with HB Reavis’ team. We are pleased to support HB Reavis in their decision to integrate, for the first time, a hotel as part of their development scheme. This work proves that there is a market for properly structured institutional products with top-class hotel operators and that the CEE region is ready for more such deals,” says Frederic Le Fichoux, Partner, Head of Hotel Transactions - Continental Europe, Cushman & Wakefield.
