Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been contracted to prepare tender documentation for land acquisition and obtaining a permit to operate in the Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK MIELEC, Trzebownisko Subzone, for Northern Aerospace Sp. z o.o., which will produce aircraft components and create at least 55 new jobs. The client intends to invest more than PLN 43m and complete its project by Q3 2021.
Citi Service Center Poland - the biggest tenant in Generation Park so far – will occupy the remaining office space available in the project’s first building, developed by Skanska. With its expansion of 5,200 sqm, Citi’s shared services center will now occupy nearly 19,000 sqm in total and becomes one of the biggest Citi centers worldwide. International advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant during the negotiation process.

Świat Książki, a leading Polish retailer offering a broad range of world and Polish fiction and non-fiction, will open a bookstore at the Ogrody Shopping Centre in Elbląg in the next few weeks; its first store in the region. Świat Książki will take 130 sq m of the ground-floor space.

The office complex, located at 26 Ludowej Avenue in Warsaw, received an “Excellent” rating in Building Management and a “Very Good” rating in Asset Performance.

The Click & Collect service called “Fast and Convenient. Alior Bank, a leading Polish bank, has renewed its lease and expanded its Warsaw office to 13,600 sq m at Łopuszańska Business Park. The owner of the office complex is Starwood Capital Group. A team of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency experts advised on the transaction, which was the largest office deal signed in Warsaw’s non-central locations since Q1 2015.
In June 2017, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield was appointed manager of 18 commercial properties in Poland owned by German Deka Immobilien. The properties comprise 473,363 sq m.
