Mikołaj Niemczycki strengthens the Capital Markets team of Cushman & Wakefield
On 1 February 2020, Mikołaj Niemczycki will join the Capital Markets team of global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield as Associate, responsible for driving forward business development & brokerage primarily in the Office sector as well as supporting initiatives in the Alternatives sector.

Mikołaj Niemczycki, Associate, joined Cushman & Wakefield by the end of 2014 in the firm’s Office Agency team. He has more than five years of experience in tenant representation in office leasing transactions and landlord advisory, specialising in coworking and proptech.. As Coworking Clients Manager, Mikołaj has been a key figure in establishing Cushman & Wakefield’s market leading position in the flexible office leasing industry in Poland and CEE region. Between 2018 – 2019 alone, he acted on a total of 68,000 sq m of space lease acquisitions for coworking operators including WeWork and Chasopys. Mikołaj was the project leader of the strategic partnership agreement signed between C&W and polish proptech startup ShareSpace, which promoted and developed new technological and commercial solutions for tenants with flexible workspace requirements through online leasing platforms. In his new role, he will be responsible for supporting business development in the Capital Markets team, brokerage and advisory services in disposals of office and alternative real estate assets.
Mikołaj is a graduate of the University of Warwick, UK with a BA in History and MSc in Business (Finance & Accounting) at Warwick Business School.
