Cushman & Wakefield appointed property manager of The Warsaw HUB

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of The Warsaw HUB, a mixed-use complex of high-rise buildings. It will also occupy close to 2,500 sq m of office space there for its new Warsaw office. Cushman & Wakefield was also responsible for the comprehensive preparation of the complex for its commercial opening.

Cushman & Wakefield has been assisting Ghelamco Poland from the outset in the implementation and commercial launch of the project. It is also responsible for the preparation of the scheme for its commercialisation, especially with respect to technical matters and construction supervision. Cushman & Wakefield also supports the client in the preparation of marketing materials for tenants and potential users of common areas of the building.

“The Warsaw HUB is Ghelamco’s innovative project that is more than an ordinary complex of office buildings. It is being developed in a rapidly developing part of Warsaw, now called a new business centre of the city. We are pleased that our trust-based cooperation with Ghelamco has now resulted in this opportunity to manage this complex. After the Rondo 1 building, this is the latest impressive and modern property added to our management portfolio. As The Warsaw HUB boasts a prime location and highest quality standards, in addition to providing property management services, we have also taken up residence in it,”  says Grzegorz Dyląg, Head of Asset Services, Business Space, Cushman & Wakefield.

There are three buildings under construction near Daszyńskiego roundabout in the Wola district: an 86-metre-high hotel and two 130-metre-high office towers, all of which will be connected by a five-storey podium. The Warsaw HUB is based on the concept of a large communication and functional hub. It will contain 113,000 sq m of best-in-class office and coworking space, conference facilities, hotel space, retail and services, a fitness club, and a start-up and corporation cooperation centre. Tenants of the complex will be provided with multiple state-of-the-art technological solutions including access to and navigation around the building using a smartphone, a car recognition system in the underground car park and electric vehicle charging stations.
