Completio moves to CEL Hub Łódź
Completio Sp. z o.o., a provider of comprehensive logistics and online store services, has leased nearly 11,000 sq m of office and warehouse space in Panattoni’s Central European Logistics Hub in Łódź. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Damian Kołata and Kamil Żach from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
With stable resources and first-rate logistics facilities, Completio offers professional services in warehouse handling, parcel packaging, parcel delivery, returns management and many other elements of e-commerce business support. Central European Logistics Hub Łódź, an exceptional logistics hub project meeting the highest technical requirements, has become the answer to the needs of the company which wants to deliver the fastest and most flexible market solutions. Panattoni’s project is located in the eastern part of the city, a short distance from the centre.
Piotr Piaskowski, President of Completio, said: “As we ourselves assist other entrepreneurs every day, we are aware that a solid partner and specialist is the foundation of success. Our cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield has confirmed this. We were provided with the highest quality care and legal services. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.
“We focus on top-notch logistics services and processes which are key to making our clients happy. Central European Logistics Hub is just what we need and, above all, what our clients need. The modern class A warehouse space that is located at an intersection of European transportation routes will certainly meet their expectations.”
In addition to advising on the location selection and commercial, technical and legal conditions of the lease, the experts of Cushman & Wakefield also actively participated in discussions of operational details, process requirements and fit-out and equipment innovations in a modern warehouse for e-commerce.
“We are delighted to have had this opportunity to be involved in a transaction for such a rapidly growing company. Completio’s comprehensive range of services for e-commerce, enormous flexibility and willingness to satisfy demanding clients challenged us not only to find an ideal location, but first of all to deliver solid technical and operational advisory. We are proud that Completio trusted us and that we made such a strong contribution to the proposed use of innovative warehouse solutions to enable comprehensive fulfilment services for the e-commerce industry, which enjoys brisk expansion in Poland,” says Damian Kołata, Associate, Senior Business Development Manager, Industrial and Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director, Panattoni, is confident that Completio has leased space in an ideal location: “Central European Logistics Hub is located in the centre of Poland with access to an intersection of European east-west and north-south routes. Its urban location facilitates service delivery to e-commerce operators and makes for a quick and easy commute for employees. Thanks to the cooperation with Panattoni, Completio gained flexible solutions as regards space preparation for its current activity and securing space for the planned growth in operations in the future.”
Central European Logistics Hub Panattoni Europe is not only the largest logistics complex in Europe with a planned area of 600,000 sq m, but also a business cluster for companies in its vicinity. It is located in Jędrzejowska Street, just off A1 - the only north-south motorway in Poland. The hub is only 30 km from the Łódź North junction of the A1 and A2 motorways. Its construction is over half way through and a range of companies have found their place there, including manufacturers of home appliances, retailers of consumer electronics and household goods, children’s products, and companies supporting the e-commerce industry such as Completio.
