Euro-net leases space in 7R City Flex Rzeszów Airport I

Euro-net Sp. z o.o., the owner of retail chain RTV Euro AGD, has leased more than 1,600 sq m of office and warehouse space in 7R City Flex Rzeszów Airport I, in Rzeszów. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. This is the fourth warehouse leased by Euro-net from 7R, after 7R City Flex Łódź I, 7R City Flex Szczecin, and 7R Park Kielce.

Euro-net is a Polish company with 30 years of presence on the market. It currently has nearly 290 brick-and-mortar stores under the RTV Euro AGD brand in 187 towns and cities across Poland, and operates an online store at euro.com.pl. Euro-net was looking for warehouse space in an urban area of Rzeszów to ensure seamless distribution of goods to customers in south-eastern Poland. The company also needed a facility suitable for enhanced-efficiency cross-docking operations.

Our network of urban warehouses makes it possible to optimize supply chains and significantly cut delivery times in large metropolitan areas. With last mile facilities, it is possible to store goods close to customers. An additional advantage for the tenant is cooperation according to our well-known standard and a possibility of minimizing administrative processes connected with signing a lease,” adds Maciej Krawiecki, Head of Leasing at 7R.

7R City Flex Rzeszów Airport I is an urban warehouse in north-eastern Rzeszów, just off Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport and the Rzeszów-North junction of the A4 motorway. It offers a total of close to 13,000 sq m of BREEAM-certified space. Its first-rate road infrastructure enables quick connections to the region and the rest of the country, and the neighbouring airport handles flights to key European countries and is home to Lufthansa’s cargo terminal.
