Cushman & Wakefield appointed as property and asset manager for Nowogrodzka Square
Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has won a double mandate for property and asset management for Nowogrodzka Square, a new acquisition by a French investment manager Amundi Real Estate.
Nowogrodzka Square, built by a French-based developer Yareal, is the first office building in Poland acquired by Amundi Real Estate. This seven-floor class A office building with an area of 11,000 sq m is located in Jerozolimskie Avenue. It is one of the most distinctive boutique office buildings in central Warsaw. It blends an elegant architectural design with innovation and state-of-the-art technologies in line with current environmental protection standards.
Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been property and asset manager for the building since 15 April 2020.
