It was awarded the Adviser of the Year while Krzysztof Misiak, Head of Cushman & Wakefield Poland, was named the Man of the Year. The winners were announced during the Gala Ceremony of Property Forum 2020 on 14 September 2020.
The idea behind the Prime Property Prize contest is to select companies and projects that had the strongest impact on the commercial real estate market in the past year, and people whose outstanding achievements played a key role in driving the entire industry’s growth forward. Prizes are awarded in 14 categories. This year two went to Cushman & Wakefield.
The Adviser of the Year is awarded to real estate consultancies active on the commercial property market in Poland. Cushman & Wakefield was awarded for its activity in the sector between September 2019 and September 2020, particularly in leasing commercial space, selling real estate, investment transaction services, and for its contribution to the development of the industry, innovative services and consistency in strategy execution.
“From my perspective, such contests reflect the sector’s perceptions, particularly in this challenging time,” said Krzysztof Misiak, Head of Cushman & Wakefield Poland. “I want to believe that you have recognized the hard work we do every day. Also many thanks to our whole team.”
The Man of the Year title of PropertyNews.pl, received by Krzysztof Misiak, Head of the Polish office of Cushman & Wakefield, is awarded to commercial real estate professionals who have had the greatest impact on events in the sector or have made spectacular changes in their companies with a knock-on effect on the development of the entire market.
