Greenstone is a new client of Cushman & Wakefield
Greenstone has established a business relationship with global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, which took over property management of three properties from the investor’s portfolio in early October.
Greenstone specialises in property acquisition and management, from searching for investment opportunities through to delivery of strategic advisory services and integrated asset management.
Cushman & Wakefield will act as property manager on three properties: Lastadia Office (a six-floor office building with an area of 12,000 sq m in Szczecin), as well as Haffner Centre (a 5,500 sq m retail and service complex in Sopot) and the TENSOR Office Park in Gdynia offering 20,000 sq m of office space.
“We have contracted Cushman & Wakefield to deliver on three prime located properties from our portfolio. TENSOR is one of the most modern office parks in Tricity, Haffner Centre is a unique retail and service complex with a broad and diverse F&B offer, and Lastadia Office is an office building that has received multiple awards for its attractive design which draws on pre-war buildings,” says Marcin Gajewski, Member of the Management Board of Greenstone Sp. z o.o.
“We look forward to having the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment and professionalism to our new client Greenstone. With the addition of the buildings in Tricity and Szczecin to our portfolio, Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its leading position in these regions,” says Magdalena Popiołek, Associate, Asset Services EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield.
