Aweco Polska Appliance has leased nearly 13,000 sq m of additional production and office space on behalf of its parent company SANHUA under a new contract at a logistics park Logistic Park Tychy. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for negotiations with the tenant on behalf of an investment fund Deka Immobilien.
Johnson Health Tech has signed a 1,500 sq m plus lease at Gate One Business Park, a warehouse and office complex in Warsaw. Panattoni Europe conducted negotiations on behalf of the property owner while Urszula Rasmussen from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
STRABAG, a European construction company, has leased more than 1,000 sq m of office space at Point 75 in Lublin. The tenant was represented by Agnieszka Gułaś and Michał Grabowiecki from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. The owner of the building is K-Investment.
Rise.pl, a Polish serviced office and co-working space provider, had decided to continue its expansion in Cracow and has leased more than 4,400 sqm in the emerging Fabryczna Office Park building complex. The fifth outlet in Cracow is going to start its operations in August 2019. Knight Frank advised the tenant. The facility owner, INTER-BUD Group, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
SoftwarePlant was advised in the transaction by the tenant representation team of global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield whilst IRYDION Sp. z o.o., the owner of Astrum Business Park, was represented by the firm’s office leasing team. The tenant moved into its new space in March 2019.
SMA Magnetics has leased nearly 14,000 sq m of manufacturing and office space at Goodman Kraków Airport Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Konrad Jacewicz and Michał Sikora from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
On March 5 Philippine investor, ISOC Group, signed the final sale agreement for the Argon building in the Alchemia Office Complex in Gdansk. The transaction is the largest in the history of the Torus and Tricity office market. Cushman & Wakefield, the global real estate service firm acted as advisor to Torus in the transaction. ISOC Group is represented in Poland by its partner Augusta Cracovia Sp. z o.o., with the support of Greenberg Traurig, JLL, Dil Polska Baumanagement and Infinity Partners.
On 24 January 2019, Hines, the international real estate company, and Zeus Capital Management, announced the completion of the sale and purchase of the Graffit building. The property owned by Hines Russia & Poland Fund (HRPF) was sold to TAN Poland Sp. z o.o., a company managed by Zeus Capital Management (Zeus). This is Zeus’ first investment in Poland and it is part of its commercial real estate platform dedicated to Central and South East Europe.
WeWork, the global shared workspace company, has signed more space at Browary Warszawskie. Its first members moved into the Biura przy Bramie building a few weeks ago, and the developer confirms now that it has rented more space at the next building of Browary Warszawskie – Biura przy Willi. With these parts combined, WeWork will create one of the largest shared workspaces in Poland, providing space for over 3,000 members, in Echo Investment’s project.
